remembered his honesty and kept going back to his lot time and again as I
searched for the right Trailblazer. We finally came out one Sunday, checked out

thank Doug Walters enough for providing me with a beautiful 2001 Toyota Carola.
Being older and shopping alone is scary, and his kindness, understanding, and

I knew I
was going to buy the Hummer H3 before I had even taken a look at it. My first
impression of the lot was "outstanding". Every vehicle was super
clean, and the office was very clean and "nicely decorated" says the

day, and we were pleasantly surprised! We were immediately impressed with the

Herrington fell backwards in his chair, hung from the ceiling, did back flips
and cartwheels (figuratively)to assist us in purchasing a car of our dreams.

recently went to Bud & Doug just this Saturday and even though I did not
find anything I was interested in at the time I was helped by Doug himself and
he invested a lot of time with me to try to get something that would be good
for me but not only that, something that would fit me as I am a bigger
gentleman. He was very nice and very courteous. Overall it was the best used
car shopping experience I've had!

pleasure working with Doug. I was looking for a newer Ford Explorer. The first
car we saw we bought! Before we signed, we checked out other car lots, but,
after looking around for a week, we went back to Doug and got the first car we
saw. The car was presented honestly and was at a fair price. We are very
pleased, and I love my new car!!!

After I crashed by 2002 Envoy (also purchased through Doug) on some black ice a couple weeks ago, I was stressed out! I hate car shopping and it is even worse in the winter! I was test driving a car from another dealership and decided that since I liked working with B & D so much I would drive over and see what they had on the lot. What do you know... They had the perfect car for me AGAIN! Doug was wonderful to work with and let me pick up the car that night! I recommend them to everyone I know!

We recently purchased out 6th car, in 7 years, from Doug and have been perfectly pleased with each one. A few of the cars were for our teenagers, and we were 100% happy getting them from Doug. We just purchased a Cadillac CTS. This the fourth car we purchased from Doug. Chris is the sales rep that handled our sale. The whole staff of Bud and Doug Walters is professional and at the same time it is a very relaxed atmosphere. Having become a Dave Ramsey listener, I recently purchased my first pre-owned car. I've heard of your reputation for years and was pleased to find out it was all true. Matter of fact my salesman Chris contacted me a week after I took delivery to apologize for forgetting to tell me about a scheduled repair to the front bumper. I noticed the scratch and assumed some defects come with a used car. Once the car was delivered many dealers would have been tempted to have increased their profit as long as I didn't object. It's nice to see a sense of ethics in the marketplace. Thanks for making the experience so pleasant, you've made a loyal customer.
