Jeff was the first person to greet me. He was awesome. He listened and showed me several cars. He wasn't pushy at all. He could tell that I fell in love with a 2014 Toyota Avalon. I had driven the car for about 2 weeks...and loved it, when I noticed the back window would go down but not come back up. I called them, they said bring it in..ordered the part it required, set up an appointment and TA DA...I drove out..no cost. Recently I purchased a used car from Walters Autos in Kalamazoo. Abby Walters, the owner's daughter guided me through the process. Her professionalism and knowledge made the everything move easily, and painlessly. I brought in my 29 year old car (she actually accepted it!) and with a bit of sadness I turned it over to her and drove away with a younger car that looked brand new!

After discussing what my "wants" were, Doug suggested a couple of possibilities. There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable. I did buy one of the two cars and I love my choice. She is young, smart, talented, and extremely professional with a can-do attitude. My husband and I were so impressed with her knowledge and customer service skills. If you wasn't to find a negative thought or word; don't ask us or read this review. We have never found a staff as competent and worthy of your business. You cannot lose. We have bought three cars from this team( two within the last year). We loved our first two and mentioned that we were interested in a very specific car if they found one the one they found has truly exceeded my wildest hopes. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Dave @ the Service Center.
I started bringing my vehicle over there when I worked on Venture Park because it was convenient. I've taken a new job in Portage now but continue to bring our vehicles to Dave because he's always friendly, helpful, honest, thorough & I feel like we're well taken care of.
We had an older van that our teenage son was driving. We were aware that there were various things wrong (i.e. back wiper no longer worked) and I told Dave our intention was to just keep it running as long as possible. He completely got it and informed me of things that were dangerous but didn't both me with the other stuff that we didn't think was even worth fixing. Well, that vehicle died in February so then we were in the situation of finding an inexpensive vehicle for our teenager. I asked Dave for advise and offered various idea and said "just bring it here so that I can look at it before you buy". Well, when it was all said & done we had brought him 4 vehicles to check out before we finally bought something. Each time he was extremely thorough telling us his thoughts/concerns, pricing for repairs, etc. He was always very honest I felt like I had the information to make an informed decision. As a woman, I can't tell you how important it is to me that he gives it to me straight and doesn't talk down to me.
My husbands SUV is getting older as well and just this week he went to go to lunch & it started hard. Since we had just experience this same thing w/ grandma's van my husband brought it right to Dave and indicated that he thought it was the starter. Dave took it right in (without appointment) and had it fixed by 5PM the following day.
I could go on & on with examples of how he has helped me in various situations but I think you get the point. You've got a great employee in Dave! He's wonderful example of what customer service really means.

I had a trailer hitch installed on my new vehicle and the trailer place installed the wrong wiring harness so Jeff (one of the sales staff) came right to my place of business and picked up the vehicle, had it fixed and returned it to me in a few hours.
